By mistake I bought basketball instead of soccer ball. I reached out to customer service and they emailed me with prepaid shipping label to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. Eagerly awaiting for the soccer ball ⚽️😊. Best customer service ever

I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they emailed me a return for me to exchange one for a soccer ball. They made the experience effortless. My son loves his basketball and can’t wait to receive the soccer which is already on the way.

I purchased this product as a gift for my grandson. The customer service representatives have been the most helpful reps I have ever dealt with. They are extremely professional as well as patient. EVERY question I posed, they answered IMMEDIATELY!!! I am not tech savvy and they were able to walk me through each step. I LOVE DribbleUp and so does my grandson! I had ordered a Smart Soccer Ball as a Christmas present. After finding out it was stolen from my porch, I contacted Customer Service to see if they could help. I received an email within 5 mins letting me know they would send out a replacement ball the next day. Talk about stellar service. Gail was a pleasure to deal with and made it all happen.
