As far as the app, I think it’s a cool idea and my kids love it. Why I am giving them a 5 star review is because of how they handle a recent situation. I found out I had two accounts with them, so I was double paying for an extended period of time. They technically didn’t have to help me out, but they definitely did. Really happy with the outcome and am a big fan of them and how they run their company.

My grandkids were given the ball glove for Christmas. They tried it out but found it wasn’t something they would utilize on a regular basis. It seemed to be an excellent tool for those that would find it useful. The customer service was excellent with quick responses & sent a return label as soon as requested as well as fully refunded the membership fee. The refund was also received quickly. Would hourly recommend supporting this company.

I purchased Dribble Up as a gift for my grandson. It’s his first year playing basketball. He loves the extra coaching and feedback he gets through the DribbleUp system. Can’t wait for the kids to try the other smart sports equipment available.
