DREOReviews of dreo.com

The electric consumption is way too high on your electric bill I was shocked terribly when I got my energy bill. Stay away from this Dreo Tower heater it is really bad, eats up electric like a Lion Seriously

Came fast, works fine. Quiet and powerful.

Best heater I have ever owned I have turned off my boiler temperature for heat and also hot water for at least 50% of the day and this little thing pumps out quick heat heats up the room promptly even on the lowest setting and is very quiet I can't say enough good things about this piece of equipment whoever designed it was a genius and it looks great too! I have a dog, would be worried about a normal space heater this does not even get warm on the outside of itself very very safe!!!!

I have other Dreo products and had trouble with getting one to respond to my app on my phone. I bought this for my 250 sq. ft cabin as an extra heat source. I haven't set this heater up yet, but am hoping the wifi will work without a hitch. I did try is at home to make sure it works. It does, but I wish it would throw a lot more heat than it does.

The device works fine. My one complaint is that it’s advertised to handle 1000 sf but it barely can handle 500 sf in the extremely dry winter.

I originally had a disappointing experience with DREO after issues with my initial heater purchase and some misunderstandings in communication. At the time, I was frustrated and felt the situation could have been handled better. However, I’m very pleased to say that DREO took my feedback seriously and resolved everything promptly and professionally. Their support team, especially Tina, arranged for a replacement heater to be shipped from their UK warehouse at no cost, covering all shipping and customs fees. The follow-up and genuine effort to make things right truly restored my confidence in the brand. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference, and DREO absolutely delivered on that front. I’m happy to update my rating to reflect this positive outcome and appreciate the care and integrity shown in resolving my case.

I have 4 Dreo products 2 fans & 2 tower heaters These items are amazing I would recommend these products to anyone looking for high quality for a reasonable price.
