Five star experience
The NP I got paired with has done a fantastic job of helping me understand my sleep test results and determining next steps. She’s taken time to educate me on my condition and what could potentially help. Dreem is so much better than a standard clinic because the team is so much more accessible.

Super easy enrollment process, great provider
Super easy enrollment process. Very clear copay and insurance information given. Provider was excellent; she was very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in the details of medical history and symptoms in trying to help solve my issue. She was very personable, friendly, and easy to speak to as well which can make or break a provider experience, and she wasn’t in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Excellent experience so far.

Overall great experience
Overall great experience, the sleep study was mailed to me, It was easy to set up and the NP followed up with me quickly. Insurance was submitted for my equipment and was shipped within a 1 day of call about my study results. The medical equipment company has me on auto renew for the equipment and after the 30&60 day consult I know follow up once a year. Super easy, the NP was great and very helpful, and definitely better than trying to wait for an in office appointment.

Great experience!
My consultation was with Blessing and she was wonderful. Very thorough with her questions, yet kind and empathetic. She referred me for CBT and a sleep study. I received the device in the mail within a couple days. I had my follow up today and she went through the results in detail. We discussed next steps and she got a referral started. Would definitely recommend!
