Kaitlyn has been amazing. From day 1 she listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and really made me feel heard. I now have answers I’ve been seeking for months and feel optimistic about getting treatment for my deep apnea. I’m getting married next month and Kaitlyn has been more than accommodating and flexible to get me treatment before then.

They are weasels and will try to get you to pay for things you already paid. If you do not dispute appointments that they schdule without your permission you will be charged. No one knows what is going on, they don't have their billing process in order, and if I hadn't caught them trying to steal my money, I would be out an additional $750 so far. They're not done trying yet, I guarantee it.
