It was a good experience all around. The sessions were helpful and insightful, and the sleep study was really valuable, especially because it had 2 nights of data. I've made some adjustments to my evening routine to promote better sleep hygiene and will get an ENT consult as a result of what I learned.

likes: I could take the test at home; ease of shipping device back; lots of data on report dislike: aside from me asking questions - didn’t feel very thorough; didn’t like that Zepbound was pushed (not sure if you receive a kickback or not) Madison was great!
