I didn't like the quality of my rug
I didn't like the quality of my rug. I looked more like a mate and it didn't stretch out. I won't bother with returning but just being honest, I probably wouldn't buy here again. It just wasn't what I was expecting when I ordered a rug.

Beware!
Beware!! Scam company!!!! Terrible product, worst customer service! The rug was nothing like the picture and was damaged. The feel of the rug was gross and the picture was blurry. No refund option after many emails with the company. I gave them Many times to make it right and they only offered half of my money back for a product that I was deceived on. Beware before buying anything from this company!

Hopefully they make it right
Same as all the one star reviews below - Very disappointing for top dollar carpet. Very thin and cheap material and came all wrinkled - emailed for a refund 10 minutes ago - looking at these reviews it looks like I might not be in luck. Wish I read these first - this sucks - Dreamrooma please make this right so I can change this review

Terrible rug, customer service was worse
I was not happy with the rug I received. It looks nothing like the picture on the website and the rug is damaged! I was told the shipping would be so much to return it that I was asked to reconsider!!! Worst business model ever! I’m given a damaged product and told I’m not going to get a refund! How about refund the money so I can throw it away because this should not be resold to anyone!

I am a retiree
I am a retiree. I ordered a rug and was disappointed in it. On the sight it said 100% money back guarantee. I sent a note to find out where to send for my refund. I was offered 10% refund. That was not acceptable. Then offered 25%. I want a total refund.
