Wonderful
Hi, there! I want to mention my great experience with Dreampairs I love their shoes and so far all my experiences have been wonderful. For the very first time I tried to return an item, but they great management and kindness plus great discounts push me back from my decision. I truly love them, they are the best!

Great customer service and hassle-free refund
I received my shoes with a tear/damage, so I contacted DREAMPairs customer service. They responded promptly, processed my refund, and did not require me to return the damaged product. I really appreciate how quickly and smoothly they handled the issue. Although there was a problem with the product, the customer service experience was excellent and hassle-free. This is my second time ordering from…
This is my second time ordering from this website. They have a great selection of shoes and the shoes we have ordered are of great quality. Unfortunately this time, I ordered some boots for my daughter a size too small. Customer service were very helpful in returning the shoes and making it right. Thank you very much. I will continue to buy shoes from this website.

Satisfied with customer service and quality!!
I ordered some knit flats in red and some boots. Unfortunately, I received the pair of flats in navy. I sent an email to the support team and they responded within an hour that they received my message. Then the next day I received a very organized and informative response thoroughly correcting the situation with a few different options! The customer service, quality and comfort of the shoes is precise and I’m very pleased with my purchases. They sent me a free return label as well. I can’t wait to get my beautiful, comfy red flats!

I ordered Dreamparis boots via Amazon…
I ordered Dreamparis boots via Amazon and although out of my return window, their customer service team reviewed the items and allowed the return. Not only are their products super comfortable, the entire process was super easy. I DEFF recommend their products and their amazing customer service from their team!
