We understand how frustrating it can be to spend extra time on support calls without getting the resolution you need, and we also recognize the inconvenience of having to make multiple attempts to complete your repurchase transaction. We appreciate your long-standing loyalty and would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience. Please contact our Support team at (828) 524-8020 or email [email protected] so we can review your concerns and better understand what occurred. Thank you again for your feedback, Celene.
