The pillow was just ok. To hard for what I wanted. Felt more like a feather pillow than a down pillow. What is awful and feels a bit fraudulent is their business practices. An address and phone number are listed for Boulder Colorado so I made the stupid assumption that they were a USA company so returning should be fairly easy. But upon trying to return this item, I called the phone number and the call failed and it looked like the address was just a random location. They do accept returns although you have to ship it to China, which costs a fortune so I would never order anything from this company. The information on their website is very misleading.

I would be very careful ordering from them. If you look at them, all you will find is positive reviews. The only negative reviews are on TrustPilot. I wish I would've checked here. Luckily I only bought a $130 pillow instead of the $250 one I was considering. I even wanted to buy 2 of those expensive ones. I went with the lower costing one because the reviews for it were outstanding. The refund policy looked like it's easy to return within 30 days. I knew within 30 minutes it wasn't the pillow for me. So I messaged them asking if I could exchange it for the more expensive one & pay the overage. Um.. no. They will try to talk you into keeping the pillow & give you a small refund. This is almost your best deal because they make sure you have to spend $100 on shipping. I wouldn't spend any money on their website unless your okay with really losing it & being stuck with an uncomfortable pillow.

Most uncomfortable pillows I have ever had. Tried using it fluffing it, etc.Wroye to the company, got a response in a few days. I did everything they requested to no avail. Asked to return and they offered 20% if I kept them. No use, had a horrible headache for 3 days after use. Customer service is the worst. These pillows are shipped from Colorado, but returns are sent to CHINA! Don't purchase. Save yourself the pain.

I ordered one silk pillowcase from this company and when I took it out of the packaging, it felt very rough to my hand, so I sent them an email asking if I could return it and to please send me a label. In the meantime I received a second pillowcase in a different color that I did not order and an email from them saying that silk pillowcases are not returnable because they are made outside of the US. Well then, they should state that on their website because I sure didn't see it. I plan on disputing this with my credit card company.

Beware of this company!! The website says located in Boulder Colorado. My item shipped out of California. Return policy looks good on paper. If returning for personal reasons, you just have to pay return shipping costs. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU ON THE REFUND PAGE... THEY REQUIRE YOU TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO CHINA. And the shipping cost of that is upwards of $80-100 for a single pillow. They offer a 20% refund so you don't have to go through that process & expense of returning the item. What a scam!!!!!

This company is out of China. They act like they’re out of Colorado. They’re not I’ve not received my order. They have no customer service and will not give you a refund. I’m going to follow dispute with PayPal. It is reprehensible that this company can stay in business in the United States do not I repeat do not buy anything from this company.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I have reached out to customer service multiple about not receiving my order only to receive an autogenerated response every time telling me my item has shipped and provided me a shipping number. Still have not received and still get the same response when trying to reach them. I do not recommend them.

I canceled my order with Downy Haven on January 29, and as of February 21, I still haven’t received my refund. Despite showing proof that I never received my money, they keep insisting that they refunded me. Instead of resolving the issue, their customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive. They refused to listen, kept repeating the same scripted responses, and acted like it was my fault. I have never dealt with such unprofessional and dishonest behavior from a company before. I strongly advise against buying from them. If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to help—you’ll just be ignored or treated with disrespect!
