This is the cutest chair and I love all the features! Being able to recline and have a footrest is a game changer. Customer service was also so helpful!

I've been using my chair for a few days now and I feel very good with it. It's comfortable, and I'm spending more time on the computer than ever before, haha. It was very easy to assemble, and it went really quickly. The price-performance ratio is top-notch! I'd definitely buy it again.

I appreciate that the company promptly resolved my delivery issue by reshipping the gaming chair when the initial delivery went missing. Although the first attempt was unsuccessful, their quick response and willingness to rectify the situation were impressive. The gaming chair itself looks sensational—I absolutely love it! Had the original delivery gone smoothly, it would have definitely been a perfect 5-star experience.

The head pillow was received broken and the massager foam was torn up. I requested replacements on April 10th. It is April 28th and they just keep saying they will send me the tracking number when it’s sent. I have received zero updates without prompting. Chair isn’t even that comfortable.

I've had nothing but issues with this gaming recliner from day one. Both arms of the gaming recliner are completely loose at the seat and every time I move the chair and lean back in it the chair makes a cracking sound. Yes all the bolts are tight. So yes I won't recommend this chair to anyone.

I received the pink cat chair (Dowinx Cute Series LS-6655) for Christmas and it was a beautiful gift ! This chair is perfect for playing for hours. It's very comfortable because there is a footrest ! It’s also so cute with cat accessories 💗
