This loveseat looks exactly as pictured and seems to be sturdy, but the backrest would not stay upright it wanted to recline. It was constructed and tightened correctly but husband had to drill holes and brace it Up to keep it in stationery upright position

I am struggling with their customer service. I ordered a 4x6 rug. The wrong item was delivered. I took a photo and started the return right away. It’s been several weeks and all I wanted was the original item. Still don’t have it. I No idea when it will be remedied. I’m out $ and time. do not recommend you buy from this place.
Response from Dot & BoNov 5, 2019

We have also issued you a refund. If you need additional assistance please feel free to follow up via email. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience.
