I’m a small-scale perfume collector and very particular about fragrances. I usually stick to original brands, but after doing solid research, I decided to try Dossier for the first time. I’m glad I did. I ordered two fragrances during a Cyber Deal, which was a great value. Shipping was on time, but one item arrived incorrectly. That was disappointing at first. That said, both fragrances smelled amazing, had great projection, and lasted impressively long. They follow the originals very closely and may even last longer. I contacted Dossier about the mix-up and was surprised to receive a response within an hour. Alexandru from customer support handled everything professionally. He let me keep the incorrect item as a gift and immediately arranged to send the correct order. Without me asking, he followed up with shipment updates and tracking details. The correct fragrance arrived within a few days and was exactly what I expected. Amazing quality and very satisfying. Even though a mistake happened, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend Dossier for both their fragrances and outstanding customer care.

My sisters son has severe allergies and she hasn’t worn perfume since he was diagnosed 6 years ago. This year she said she’d love some Jo Malone. I emailed their customer service who were less than helpful and essentially said they couldn’t help in a very Condescending email. I felt a bit defeated then I came across dossier. Andrew in the customer service team was extremely responsive and helped me work out that the perfume did not contain nut or seed oils and was made from synthetic ingredients meaning I could gift her some. They have scents based on Jo Malone perfumes. Not only was Andrew helpful and respectful he knew his product and I’m very grateful for his excellent communication. With 1:3 people in the uk living with allergy the larger perfume and cosmetic companies could learn a thing or two from dossier

I always receive great attention and support whenever I need it. I love their products, and the confidence the brand gives me is something I truly value. Overall, an excellent experience.

One of the bottle's I ordered arrived with the cap's seal broken off during shipping. Support team was super helpful and gave me a couple options of either a replacement bottle or refund, I took the replacement. Whole process only took a few days.

I had a little issue with the delivery. But, Valentin from Customer Service helped me out with the process. So, at the end, I had no issues. Cause, he was super friendly and nice. And I would definitely purchase from them again.

I accidentally put the wrong address on my order and they were kind enough to send me a new order at the right address super quickly
