I had a great experience with Dossier. I received my order within a week of ordering and It was through a holiday weekend. I had questions regarding my order and got a response within minutes that was super informational. Overall, I am very happy to have purchased from Dossier!

I am on day 14 waiting for the perfume I purchased. Their warehouse is 2 hours away. I’ve emailed 3 times and am told you have to wait 20 days until they’ll do anything. Their customer service is less then helpful. I realize this can’t be a product review, but seeing as they can’t even tell me if it’s shipped yet or not let’s just say this is a review on their lack luster customer service team.

Perfumes overall: MEH. Customer service is responsive but lacking in knowledge. Lost perfume via DHL Express and I am the one that has to file the claim! How do you like that? I pay. They screw up and I have to pay further with my time for their mistake. I will NEVER order from them again. PASS.

I have bought five bottles and didn't like one so I sent it back and received another one without any problem. My experience was nothing but perfect.

I feel like an idiot for buying from this company before checking reviews. I ordered 5 bottles of perfume in one order. The next day I decided to order one additional bottle. They sent the 5-bottle order to the wrong address twice. Then they sent me two of the perfume I ordered one bottle of. I've had the perfume for 2 weeks, and decided to return 3 bottles. Nope! Their system won't let me. So much for "guaranteed for 30 days." Now I have to fight it out with them and my credit card to get my money back. Incredibly frustrating company to deal with. It may be expensive, but buying perfume at Nordstroms is fun and makes you feel pampered. Buying perfume at Dossier feels like a total crap-shoot.

I bought AMBERY TUBEROSE from Dossier. it is tooooooo diluted! In order to be able to smell and feel it, you have to use at least 10 puffs. Then it irritates the skin. Doesn't last more than one hour. And worst than all, smells like a cheap watery Eau de toilet. totally disappointed. Will never be fooled by this company's advertisement again.
