Ummm??? What are you waiting for!! This company is awesome! This will be the ONLY company I will ever be ordering my perfumes/fragrances from! I was so excited and extremely happy with my order. I love the boxes it came in! Also the bottle it came in, it’s a great size. My little sister noted that it has a magnetic cap!!! So useful, I haven’t ever seen that nowhere else. Best Tracking system ever as well. I’m so glad I found Dossier! I honestly ordered like 14 different fragrances, me and my younger sisters loved all of them. I support this company. As do, younger supporters (my sisters).

My experience with Dossier is wonderful I bought 15 Perfumes until now and of course I will buy more and more. Also, the customer service was great, kind, encouraging. They helped me a lot.

The customer service has been nothing amazing. When ordering I some how lost my order number/confirmation emails. Sent them an email, with a quick response they helped as well as letting me know there would be a bit of delays Nonetheless, I’m patient it’s a small company with a huge presence online constantly growing. Somehow my order was shipped, and rerouting. When I finally noticed I asked them if there was a way I could get my package redelivered so I can make sure they were here on time for Christmas… I also asked if I could pay additional for express shipping. Within a couple hours, they responded to my email catching the error, confirmed my address an reshipped my order. The customer service here truly is beyond amazing and attentive. I rarely ever give reviews but I’m telling you this is a company that will go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you guys so much and thank you so much Sorin!

There was a mishap with shipping (not their fault) and the remedied it so quickly. I spoke with multiple people in their customer support area and every single one was very kind and professional. I would recommend them not only for the products but especially for the service.

I had an issue with a return and they solved the problem within a couple of business days. Very professional and friendly!

I order the perfumes on Black Friday as a requested present for my daughter. I received an email message a week and a half later saying that my order had been delivered but that was not the case. I was home all day and never received the order. I immediately notified the company via email and they recommended waiting for several days, I did still no delivery. I've asked for a refund but they continue to say to wait and state all orders will be delivered but no timeframe of when. I want a refund so that I can use that money to get my daughter another gift for Christmas.
