I love this company!! I have ordered from them several times and dealt with their customer service team, which is top tier. I really like the impressions line, and I appreciate how affordable it is, especially for someone like me who likes to use a lot of perfume. And their customer service team is so good- since their products are usually ordered online, they allow you to send the bottle back for a different one if you don’t end up liking the scent you got. They are also very understanding of issues that can happen during the shipping process. For example, one time one of my perfume bottles was leaking when I received it, and they immediately offered to either refund me or send me a replacement. And this happened over the weekend! Another time I had ordered one of their amazing candles, the ambery vanilla, but the jar broke somewhere in the shipping and handling process. Again, they immediately got back to me and offered a refund or replacement. They are a great company who listens to their customers which I admire.

Great costumer service! I asked my membership to be cancelled and have the charges refunded. Without any complicated procedures that they’ve asked me to do, everything has been resolved and refunded right away! I love Dossier and will continue to purchase their products.

I just had an excellent experience with Dossier’s customer service! I had a question and went to the ‘Contact Us’ form and at first I was doubtful that I would get a quick response since things like that usually take time. Minutes after sending in my form I had a response and it was thorough and easily explained exactly what I was doing wrong. I LOVE DOSSIER! From the products, to the Dossier + Membership, and more I’m a true fan and won’t be purchasing perfume any other way! Compliments all day & lasting fragrances… what more could you ask for!

I am always on the hunt for a new perfume. I stumbled on this very beautiful brand on TikTok and was very excited to try after the amazing reviews people made on TikTok. I am also very pleased and happy about the customer service they are so kind and they are very fast with the replies. I am so excited for all my new perfumes to come in the mail. This brand is very promising and I know I will be a life long customer here at Dossier!

Everything about the Dossier experience is five stars! The scents are amazing with clean ingredients and vegan/cruelty-free standards. I cannot say enough about the Customer Service; easy returns and exchanges and truly attentive representatives. I will definitely be a life long customer!

This review is for Dossier CS. I haven’t received my Ambery Vanilla perfume yet but I reached out to them via email inquiring about the delivery date because I was having trouble tracking it myself and they responded IMMEDIATELY and gave me a link which provided me with detailed tracking AS WELL AS the date of delivery! The content of their email was so courteous, polite and helpful !!! This company has the best customer service! I can’t wait to receive my ambery vanilla and I will be back with my impression! Bravo to Dossier Customer Service!! What a breath of fresh air!!
