This was my first ever order with the company and had a shipping issue which resulted in my order being returned to sender. I reached out to customer service and got a fast response from Tudor. A replacement order was processed and shipped the same day. My order arrived yesterday (Monday) Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Tudor for your excellent customer service!

Dossier(The Powerhouse Dupe) has been exceptional in creating its own version of some of the best fragrances out there. I am a regular guy who loves fragrances and I’ve made many purchases from all over the world buying the most expensive to the least expensive and only pride would lead a person to continue to make expensive purchases on fragrance when you can go to Dossier and get the same exact stuff for way cheaper. And it’s performances are top notch. This stuff also last a long time. You don’t like it, send it back and be completely refunded. Customer service is exceptional as well. They are quick and helpful. Please give them a try and you’ll be glad you did so.

I would first like to say that their fragrances are top tier, I am a huge La Labor fan and their $300.00 an ounce The Noir 29 does not last nearly as long as my citrus tea does. Next is customer service. Their team is phenomenal! My questions have been answered within hours via email, returns are a breeze, and over all you can tell they enjoy their job, and take pride in their products. I 10 out of 10 recommend them to everyone!

I ordered a gift from this website and unfortunately had the wrong delivery address put into the system. I quickly contacted customer service (at 10 pm EST) but was worried because the customer service is only open from the hours 1am - 5pm. However I was met with a response promptly at 1:08am requesting my updated address. Robert was a great help and fixed my issue immediately and with a positive manner. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, especially when ordering online from a company for the first time, so this experience made me appreciate Dossier all the more!

So in short something went wrong with the shipping and I never ended up receiving my package. The Dossier help team (special shout-out to Ion) gave outstanding support and patience throughout resolving my recent situation. I can not express the amount of gratitude I have for the Dossier help team and the amazing customer service they provide. Keep it up, guys!

I had a really small issue with one of my packages, and I emailed the help just to let them know. I didn't thunk they were actually go to do something, but they helped so much, and I really appreciated it. I love everything about the company. The perfumes smell amazingggg and there customer service is top-tier!

Colonges are equally as good as the Originals. They last long and the company has always provided me a "No Hassle" Return on all their products.
