First, excellent, responsive customer service! The prices are fantastic. The size of the fragrances is outstanding. Even the quality of the bottle/magnetic cap is awesome. I have a troublesome PH, which makes lots of fragrances not work on me. Dolce's Light Blue is one of my favorite fragrances on OTHER PEOPLE! On me? Gasoline. Dossier's "Citrus Green Apple," inspired by Dolce is perfect. It's light, long-lasting but not obnoxious, and beautiful. Does it smell EXACTLY like Light Blue on me? Well, no because it doesn't smell like gas!!!!! Excellent product. I will but again!

First of all, I’m a seasoned lady a.k.a. over 60 —smelling good is my signature!! I pride myself on this about me. My hair might be messy, I may have not have any make up on —my clothes may not even match, but I always smell good. When my daughter shared the website with me, I quickly became obsessed. I have purchased a few and they are now in my daily rotation, and I cannot wait to experience all of the different options. The customer service is unmatched. I was not a fan of particular scent —it just didn’t go well with my body chemistry - and without a hitch — it was returned free of charge just as advertised on the website. This is something that can waiver from company to company… so if you have your doubts, set them aside —do not pass go — do not collect $200 - just sit down… take the quiz —order a few have fun and before you know it, you will be obsessed with Dossier like me! 💯🤩😘💪

July 4th order. I made a mistake but discovered it after checkout. Contacted Dossier via email. My mistake was corrected almost immediately! Great Customer Service!

Great customer service made returning items seamless (shoutout to Alex!). I will for sure continue buying from Dossier because of this, as well as the fact that their scents are such good dupes, and cruelty free!
