Dossier has been awesome to work with, and Woody Chestnut is my new all-time favorite, no more paying way too much for BtF. Especially when I could barely (and I mean BARELY) tell the difference between the two. Not only is the product great, but when I was exploring fragrances and purchased one I did not love, they let me exchange it. Even though I was traveling, and did not have a chance to open the product until I got home, slightly after the 30-day window. That level of customer service means a lot in this day and age, and has turned me into a Dossier customer for life.

Excelente atención desde la compra, aún estoy en espera de mis productos pero en mis compras anteriores excelente servicio y excelente calidad de productos, Dossier tiene una fijación muy buena, no reconocerías un original en comparación con Dossier

Ya he sido cliente de dossier por algún tiempo, en esta ocasión aproveché los descuentos del 40% más un perfume de regalo, sin embargo no me percaté que no había seleccionado mi regalo, me puse en contacto con la marca y me atendió Yessica de manera rápida y eficaz, tuve que hacer una nueva compra (siempre vale la pena) y me envió mi perfume de regalo que había hecho falta en el primer pedido. Tengo la fortuna de tener los originales y debo decir que tienen más duración dossier y son igualitos !! Seguiré comprando, ojalá tengan nuevos olores porque casi que los tengo todos.

So I got my order in 3 days, wich was awesome. Cute little box. I ordered the Floral Marshmallow!! It is an EXACT REPLICA OF LOVE, DONT BE SHY BY KILLIAN. I am so pleased with it. I will definitely be ordering others in the near future. Keep making great scents Dossier!!! im here for it!!!❤️❤️❤️

Love the scents I’ve received but I recently bought a Rose and Basil sample that arrived half empty. And help@dossier doesn’t seem to be a working email?

I just received my order it smells so so good I'm loving the candle I'm not planning on lit it anytime soon but yes my daughter and mother loves the set smells
