Ordered June 6 now July 17 and still nothing. Customer service is no help as they are not responding anymore. Never again. Bad business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company promised me a 24 K gold plated “galaxy rose”, with iridescent metal leaves. Their ad is specifically designed to mislead consumers into buying a plastic piece of junk. It’s not metal, and it’s not 24karat gold. It’s not even solid plastic, it’s “stem” is hollow, and the “metal leaves” are literally transparent. The only things that are accurate about their promises are that it’s rose-shaped, the stem is gold in color, and the petals are iridescent. Furthermore, they promised delivery within 5-10 days of purchase, and it took three weeks. I had purchased this as (one part of) an anniversary present. If I had waited any longer it definitely would not have arrived in time. I also feel like the quality I was promised and shown was absolutely intentionally misleading compared to what I received. It’s apparent that what I got is the same thing pictured, but the videos and photos they advertised with are so edited, and the descriptions are so well designed to be misleading, that I purchased for $20 what I would have bypassed at a dollar-store. It’s not at all something I can feel good about giving my wife as an anniversary gift, she would probably feel like I think of her like trash, cause that’s basically what this product is. Consumers beware of Dose of Roses. It’s almost a scam.

Garbage company! I ordered my wife I birthday gift on the 1st of July. I was told 5-7 business days, here it is the day before my wife’s birthday and the gift hasn’t even shipped yet. I tried to cancel the order because now I don’t need it. It’s a waste to receive it a week or the way it seems a month after. I will never order from this company again. This is bad business.

Trash don't buy nothing like advertised

Complete Scam. 5-7 business days and still over a month and nothing. They say its not their fault the shipping takes so long. After a month you cannot blame shipping. Took 5-6 tries to even get a response from customer service. You can order this stuff from Amazon.

Ordered 3 product from them for mother’s day. Received one but never get the other two so we cancel the other orders and they turn around and send me the one of my orders after we got our refund, I feel so insulted they think customer are damn and will just accept the product and pay them like nothing happen. They must me dreaming if they think people will do such a thing. I was so surprised that I got a package from them last Thursday, will I send it back to them yesterday. They should not accept orders from customers if they can’t fulfill them. Such a disappointment, I wish I read all the reviews first before ordering their product. I will never buy their product ever again and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else either.

DO NOT ORDER! Overpriced items made in china and marked up. Ordered 10+ days ago and they haven’t even shipped. (I should have already gotten my delivery by now via snail mail USPS) Contacted to cancel my order for refund.... no one will respond to my efforts. Save you money from what appears to be a SCAM! order email (bsquarehoney at google mail.com)

THIS COMPANY CLAIMS TO BE FROM BEVERLY HILLS BUT WHEN YOU ORDER IT COMES FROM CHINA, SAYS 5-7 DAYS SHIPPING.(MORE LIKE 20-30 DAYS) I ORDERED THE GALAXY ROSE AND IM ALMOST 100% SURE ITS THE SAME ONES ON WISH.COM FOR $6.00. THE ONLY REASON I ORDERED THIS IS THAT THEY ISSUED A CREDIT AFTER SENDING ME THE WRONG COLORED ROSE BEAR (WHICH ARE ALSO ON WISH.COM) AND IT CAME LATE AS WELL. THESE ARE CHEAP PRODUCTS FROM CHINA WITH A HEFTY MARKUP SINCE THEY CLAIM TO BE FROM BEVERLY HILLS. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
