Ordered 2 bears for Mother's day and paid for extra guaranteed delivery supposedly on May 10th. One bear arrived 5/13 and the other 5/16...so much for Mother's Day. One of the bears is a different color than I ordered. I called and emailed and have yet to get a response. Such a joke and probably the worst online purchase experience I have had in years! I will never buy from them again!

I placed on order on May 6 to send a gift to my mom for Mother's Day. As of May 17 they still had not shipped the order. I tried several times to call their 800-number and no one picked up the phone, nor was I able to leave a voice mail. I had to resort to sending an e-mail to their support address to cancel the order and demand a refund. Avoid patronizing this website at all costs!

Tried ordering for Valentines Day 2/14/19 with the extra rush order shipping, paid a total of $90... received Bear THREE MONTHS LATER!!! SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY THIS

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I placed an order on May 4th for a 14” inch rose bear and paid $10 for it to arrive in time for Mother’s Day (May 10th). Around the 6th or 7th, I emailed them (their only form of contact) because I hadn’t received confirmation from their company or shipping/tracking information. I paid with paypal and a confirmation from them was all I got the day I placed the order. I got no response from the company, May 10th arrived, still no bear. I filed a claim with Paypal and on May 13th, Doses of Roses responded with tracking info and the bear arrived today (May 13th). Their business is HORRIBLE and I personally think they are a scam. The bear looks cheap and there is hot glue strings all over it. I could have went to walmart and bought supplies and made a better one.

Worst experience ever! Rose bear was received in a terrible condition. Wrapped in a paper bag it’s been broken in few pieces. Tried to get in touch with them multiple times through email and Facebook but nothing except automated responses have I received. They were also deleting my comments on their Facebook page as reviews are not available, of course. Save yourself money and time. Hopefully they’ll get sued soon.

I ordered a Rose Bear and never received it. I paid extra for rush delivery. The website has no physical address or phone number to call. I emailed 10 times with all automated replies of lies. They even gave me a fake tracking number. Dose of Roses went way over their heads with a China drop shipping company promising 3 day rush deliveries when it really takes 3 weeks to arrive from China. They just wanted the cash with fake promises. Julian Wilson, Joseph and Melisa Ayoub your time will come.

Wish I could give ZERO starts. My boyfriend sent me one of the teddy bears for Valentine's Day but it was never delivered. We tried to contact the customer service and they kept sending the auto message and never replied us back. They haven't sent and refund either so such a scam! Never EVER order anything from here.

If I can give this company 0 stars I would. This company is a scam! They say that it is fast shipping and that is far from the truth. Order this flower bear for over 2 weeks before Valentines Day and received the bear on the 20th. The bear came in a shipping bag, not with a box like they have advertised. They have no customer service to respond to any complaints from support service or their IG page. They kept delete complaints instead of addressing the issues. They also blocked people would tag them about their service and poor quality. When we received it it was covered in hot glue and human hair, the only thing that was real. The bear probably cost about $10 to make and they made a huge markup. My 5-year-old niece could have done this bear and would have done a better job cleaning up the glue. Please stay away from any of those rose bears. Stay away from any company that is advertising these cheap flower bears.
