These people are robbers. Just check out the reviews their horrible and not a business. Beautiful website will suck you in but don’t fall for it. I also file several complaints

Deserve zero stars. We ordered 2 bears and paid $200 but never received our bears. We both emailed them many times. Two months later they responded saying a refund would be issues but it never was, two months later try again, same story. We have never received credits a refund or our bears. This business is a scam do not buy from them.

I would even go lower than one star if possible. First, there’s no phone # for a reason. They mess it up from the start and don’t want to hear about it. I ordered a light pink bear with a white heart. I also paid for expedited shipping, 1-5 days. That was the first lie. Took 8 days. Got it today. SOLID DARK PINK with a few dead/damaged. No light pink with white heart. I have sent them 4 emails without a single response. Finally am contesting it with my bank. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is a scam. Just received one week delayed Fedex shipment with paper looking white roses vs Tiffany blue ordered. There is no customer service or number . I have started fraud complaint with my credit card and plan to report them to online department of Attorney General . Wish I would have read the reviews
