Came in without the wires connected so when the batteries are inserted it doesn't illuminate. Also there return policy is a joke that don't refund or exchange only store credit, if they can't promise undamaged product why offer store credit since no one will buy from them. Also how convenient isn't the only way to get ahold of them is through email where they don't respond. Worst experience ever.

This company is Unreliable. Unless you are planning something well far in advance, then this is not the right place for you. And if you are looking for a refund, you have to pay to send it back yourself and or they deduct the return shipping cost from your refund so either way, they bend you over with money. They are entirely UNCLEAR on delivery and expectation. I placed an order for 4-day delivery. But then there is a 1-3 processing period that Dose of Roses failed failed failed to inform you of until after purchase. I would not give this business another penny or any attention in the future. I also plan to report early next year to discourage unsuspecting individuals of a potential problem for special days. Dose of Roses if you are reading and care at all, update your system to calculate processing into delivery expectation. Yes, I went through the whole order process to check if I missed anything. At no point before payment was this delay made known.

Horrible. After paying extra for shipping still haven’t received my order. No customer service number just emails that apologize asking you to buy more products.

Bought flowers last Friday. They promised 4 days delivery, come to find out my item is being delivered Monday. What am I suppose to do, show my wife a picture of what shes getting? No communication, poor product, failed promises and out right thieft of money, time and romantic thoughts. This company has the lowest attention to detail and disregard for honor or contractual agreements. They failed guaranteed delivery, proper remedies and distasteful communication...all I recieved was more adds.Please buy something from ANYONE else at least someone else might provide a service.

Not happy. My husband ordered me the single rose and it states it's been delivered. Where is it then?? Havent heard from the company. What a rip off. Super disappointed.

Bought a half dozen galaxy roses for my girlfriend after seeing their Instagram add. Turns out they’re cheap plastic! The pedals were distorted and the leaves, which were poorly glued on, were falling apart. Don’t buy them.
