I spent $350 on Valentines day 2020 and never got my order. I have reached out to them via email (10x,) instagram (20+ times with private message and comments) and they never replied. I only got a confirmation of my order and withdraw from my credit card, but no product, no reply. Social media shows that this is happening to the majority of their customers. They are terrible and ruined my first valentines day with my wife.

Received my galaxy flower. It was nice but i am glad i didn't pay more than the 17 dollars I paid for it. I ordered it a week before Valentines day and was a little worried it wouldnt get here in time. But it did. I am pleased.

This is a company that is masterful in its deceit. You probably will never receive your item and they will not respond to any of your messages. They will however create a shipping label to buy more time, but you will never receive your purchase. Do not believe the positive feedback you have read because they are using a third party to generate positive feedback and bury any and all negative feedback. Save your money and buy from a more reputable business, and if you already placed an order I would call the bank and cancel the transaction.

Placed my order Feb 6 2020, I received an email feb 13 saying the order wasn’t coming. I love the heads up they gave me, I didn’t have time to get a proper gift for my woman on Valentine’s Day, nothing more awkward then opening her gifts with me to have nothing to give her in return.

Wish i could give a zero. They are a scam company. No phone number no response to numerous emails. Check out the BBB reviews. Wish I had saw them before I made my purchase. You get no order or money back. Total SCAM!!! BEWARE OF THEM!!!!!

My husband bought me a galaxy rose for Valentine's day that doesn't even work tried contacting and received nothing back from the company. We also bought a friend a bear for Valentine's day at the beginning of the month and wasn't even shipped till the day before and still waiting on it. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

Ordered the Galaxy Enchanted Rose for Valentine’s Day and it arrived broken, unable to light-up. Even went out and brought two new packs of batteries in case that was the issue. Isn’t really surprising since it is clearly very poorly constructed (for example, glue is clearly pouring out of the base and the main screw is visible in the middle). Tried contacting the company multiple times, they never responded, even when I offered to send it back for a replacement. I’ve also seen and spoken with a number of people on Facebook who have the same issue.

Valentine Day delivery guarantee is a joke. The company never responds and you are just left in suspense. Never again!
