The Dormeo gives good back support, but when sleeping on my side it is not comfortable for my shoulder. We did all the recommended things like letting the topper expand and walking on it to help with this before ever putting it on the bed. My husband's back issue was the main reason we purchased, so the Dormeo has met the most important issue. Thank you.

Hello Angela. Thank you for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear that you may be finding your topper too firm. It is not unusual for your topper to feel firmer than expected in the beginning. This is due to the Octaspring being extra durable and takes time for them to break in. There may also be some slight discomfort as the topper and your body adjust to each other. One thing we recommend that can help with this is to try walking on the topper. Sounds strange, but we've found that this helps to speed up this process and makes it more comfortable in the meantime. If you'd like to try this and see how you then find it, we're sure you will see an improvement!
