So comfortable!! Back issues are still a problem but that's because they are not mattress related. We do love it though and would definitely recommend to others. We would buy again for sure

I’m using your topper, and I’m having back problems??
Response from Dormeo USAOct 19, 2025
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing discomfort during your sleep. Our Premium Mattress Topper uses three zones of support to ensure better spinal alignment during sleep. It is not uncommon for your body to need some time to adjust to a new sleep surface. This is because your product is made with high-quality foams that take a little time to “break in” and adapt to your body. After a few weeks, the materials will be adjusted to your unique shape and sleeping style. If you're still experiencing discomfort after a few weeks, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

I was always skeptical about reading people's reviews on any products. But I must tell you I purchased a dormeo topper for our RV mattress. We purchased a short queen topper. It is very well made and had a sturdy cover and straps to hold it on the bed. I was having hip pain with a fairly new mattress we bought for our camper. Put this topper on and no more hip pain. I am also a person who sleeps on the hotter side and I must say this doesn't make me sleep any warmer. If you have a sagging mattress I don't think any topper you buy will fix that. But if your bed is hard and uncomfortable this is definitely worth the money. Very well constructed. They also give you a trial period to see if you like it.
