Great product for my old bed
Great product for my old bed, which has a very old mattress. Dormeo made it new again, and perfect support for my back and hips! Durable mattress and a quality product! The waterproof cover is really nice too! The only downside was the wait, and back-order of products the second time I ordered. Dormeo must be switching to and AI customer service program, as it was lacking in response and accuracy by the time I put in my second order.

Best sleep I’ve had in a long time
Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Well worth the money. I just hope it with stands a couple years.

Mattress toper is great

Purchased the topper 2 years ago it…
Purchased the topper 2 years ago it failed. I took all their required pictures they stated it was not a manufacturer failure. But would replace it. However there would no longer have a warranty. This topper failed the coiled compressed, flattened and twisted. I turned the topper every time I change my sheets. So if it fails again I am out so far for a 10 year warranty

Bad customer service
You have people to answer the phone when ordering this product but no one to answer when there's an issue. I ordered this product to help with pain in my IT bands, hips,knees, and back. It didn't help at all. You said it was cool and comfortable. It wasn't. Your return policy had me keep it for a month before returning. I did. Now it's time to get some kind of return please.
