Customer support is fast and attentive! If you're buying digital signage, its important to have a supplier that's concerned about your success with a top quality product with continuous updates. I checked out 5 other companies and DoPublicity was affordable and fits my needs! Keep up the great work!

Overall we've been very happy with DoPublicity. The product is easy to use and the customer service has been excellent. I would recommend them with no hesitation. This is a really out dated software system, that is slow and not very user friendly. Plus if you have an in house IT person, they can set the same same thing up on a local server and it will run 10x faster and be far more stable. The software runs very slow and crashes periodically causing use to restart each system running the software. We do not plan on renewing our service contract once it is up.

HI, Thanks for your review. You are using our old Windows based system that was developed 8 years back and has been discontinued almost 3 years back. It was discontinued in favor of a non-Windows solution, as Windows OS starting getting bloated and the constant updates started making the software unstable. Beside, this old system uses Flash (SWF) for displaying, which has now been dropped by all major operating systems and Adobe (who created it). We now offer an Android based solution that is well received by customers and is more cost effective - there are no monthly / annual fees. This new solution runs on an independent local Media Player (for each TV) and is extremely stable, beside being quick to start and update. This technology uses HTML5 instead of Flash(SWF). Set up was a piece of cake. Had it up and running in about 10 minutes. Having lots of fun adding new content every day. Learning curve is very easy. Using it as a digital menu board at a pizza restaurant customers love it so easy to read.
