Solid service, but be forewarned.
We ordered 2 DoorToDoor containers for a move from California to Washington. The folks on the phone were helpful and polite. They were unwilling to help with one of the permits we needed, but did tell us who to call to get the permit. The containers were dropped off and were, frankly, atrocious. Exposed nails and screws all over the place. Broken, cracked wood, these things were falling apart! It wasn't square by a long shot and shorter by a few inches than was stated. We spent extra time hammering nails out so that 3 inches worth of nail didn't stab us in the eye or damage our goods. We bought some cheap fabric and lined the whole inside to protect against the busted wood and splinters. Once they picked up the containers we needed to wait a full two-weeks for delivery so, maybe go on vacation and then move in to your new home. The drivers were all experts with their forklifts and got the containers into locations that seemed impossible. We were astounded at their skill and speed. I probably won't use DoorToDoor again, but I'd try a different wooden container company.
