I agree with most of what has been said on this page. Door bell rings, it can take over a minute before you actually connect, and there are times when it doesn’t connect at all! DoorBird was recommended to me by an experienced installer. He had trouble connecting to wifi via by iPhone. He managed to do it via his Samsung then transferred info to my phone. For the amount of money this cost you would expect it to be top notch. It isn’t, nowhere near it. Avoid the system until DoorBird accept their product is poor and decide to update the connectivity. DoorBird own this problem and fix it please!

Terrible system,wished I bought something that works. This DoorBird fails on every level, doesn’t operate via key pad or phones and picture is black and white one minute and colour the next, you cannot hear what the person says into the intercom and they cannot hear you. Installer blamed my phone , an iPhone that was brand new, in 3 years the installer has been out around a dozen times, now he doesn’t even respond, I gave £3500 to have it installed and at 13 months old was told I need a new panel at £1600. Avoid like the plague.

Die Anlage fiel nach knapp 2 Jahren plötzlich aus. Es gab nur die Möglichkeit per Mail eine Verbindung zu erhalten. Gegen einen Kulanzbetrag von knapp 400 Euro wurde mir eine neue Innerei zugesandt, welche auch nicht funktionierte. Ich kann nur davon abraten von Doorbird irgendetwas zu ordern. Die Anlage ist einfach nur Schrott und Kundendienst gibt es nicht. Nie wieder Doorbird.

Bought this in 2017 and I've never been happy. On WiFi it's slow and laggy. This means that by the time you get connected to the doorbird the person has gone and another missed delivery. On 4G its dreadful and far worse. If I do get to connect the Doorbird I can't heat the person at the Door and they can't hear me. I was sent a replacement in 2020 and the replacement is no better. This is a very expensive product ... ie over priced and doesn't deliver. I'm taking it out as soon as I can get someone to install me an alternative which so far the options are a third of the cost of this pathetic product.

Qualität der Anlage ist unterirdisch. Wir sind absolut enttäuscht von der Anlage und bereuen diese in unseren Neubau installiert zu haben. Nach zwei Monaten ist sie nach mehreren Problemen (schlechte Sprach und Bildqualität, klingelt erst wenn der Besuch bereits wieder weg ist) komplett ausgefallen. Der Kundendienst hat dies mit einen Software Update behoben. Wir waren skeptisch und haben recht behalten. Diese Anlage ist ein absolutes Sicherheitsrisiko. Aktuell hat sie sehr viel Freude daran, zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten und manchmal in Dauerschleife alle zwei Minuten das Relais der Tür auszulösen. Die perfekte Anlage für Einbrecher, öffnet ihnen freiwillig die Tür. Auch der Fingerprinter ist ein Witz. Die Abdruck Erkennung funktioniert meistens nicht. Wir würden dieses Teil auf keinen Fall nochmal kaufen.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANY HOUSE THAT HAS ONE INSTALLED! I purchased a home with this system installed and for the past 6 months have spent hours trying to have it reset with my credentials. I’ve had to send notarized documents to Doorbird proving I bought the house and they still will not reset the system. Save your time and money and buy a different system which allows easier transfers in case you sell or buy a property.

Die doorbird fing bei mir nach 4 Jahren einfach zum rauschen an. Sprechfunktion nicht mehr nutzbar. Auf Nachfrage beim Support muss hier die komplette technische Einheit getauscht werden. Natürlich kein kostenloser Ersatz, sondern 50% auf den UVP,vielen Dank auch! Die doorbird war Wetter geschützt, ohne Sonneneinstrahlung installiert. Bei einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse habe ich mehr Qualität erwartet. Sehr ärgerlich. Ich würde das Produkt nicht mehr kaufen. Meine vorherige Klingel war nach über 30 Jahren immer noch funktionsfähig.
