Ring to low (the app, not the doorbell)
The sound from the app on iOS is way too low, you just miss visitors. Nothing to do with IOS setup (I am a pro developer, tested all settings). Only putting the volume on your phone to max helps (but stupid). Serious flaw to an otherwise almost flawless and well build quality product. Default reaction from development on this subject (I am not the only one complaining about this): ....they apperently they do not read...... "You can adjust the sound of your IP video door station in the app: Settings -> your device -> Expert Settings -> loudspeaker device. Please set the slider to 50-70%." --> This is NOT the app volume but the doorstation, we need a louder ring on the phone from the app. Good product, but missing calls makes it kind off missing the point.
