Oh dear Should have read trust pilot reviews Reviews for my chosen product seemed really good so I didn’t look any further than that. Item has not arrived, although it says that it has. No response to my numerous emails and the phone number is not working…..

They advertise a price on a keyboard, it comes up different when I tried to order, then they ignore my emails, when they finally respond the tell me I can't prove the price. At best this is bad customer service . . . at worst it is bait and switch.

commande SP000621300 @donnermusic J'ai commandé un piano le 26/11. J'ai été débitée sur mon compte bancaire à cette date. J'avais reçu un mail le 29/11 comme quoi ma commande est en transit puis je vois via l'appli Shop du trasporteur que le piano a l'air de se trouver dans une boutique Donner en Allemagne. j'ai écrit plusieurs emails au service client qui n'est pas joignable par téléphone et je n'ai pas de retour. Si je n'ai pas de retour d'ici 24h je vais remander un remboursement via ma banque. Il s'agit d'un cadeau de Noel donc j'aimerais le recevoir à temps.

Ordered piano on 27th Nov still not received. No shipment info updated. I tried to call, but the customer service number doesn't work, emailed and had zero response. Avoid this company at all cost!!!!

I ordered a Donner DDP80 Donner Weighted Piano and it was supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail Parcelforce. This delivery never happened yet I checked with Royal Mail and it said 'customer won't accept' so I organised a redelivery and the same thing happened. Royal Mail say packaged without my full address or my name?? Two days sat at home waiting for a redelivery. Now asked for my money back 04.12.2025 and they say they have paid me but noting in my account. It's been 4 working days and they (Donner) insist that they have paid me. All e-mail replies late at night so obviously Customer service in China. But the big worry is that Customer Service don't seem to understand English Language fully.

Bonjour @Donner : je n'arrive pas à faire le suivi de ma commande et je n'ai pas de reponse de servi client ( Numero tel tombe sur un repondeur allemant et le mail de contact ne repond pas ) je souhaite avoir un suivi clair car c'est inquiétant
