UPDATED: IT WAS UPS NOT DONNER THE PROBLEM. UPS NEVER UPDATED THE TRACKING - THE PIANO ARRIVED OUT OF NOWHERE TODAY. From Label creation to delivered. Donner was pretty 'meh' in email but they did send the piano as they told me. original review below I will update this review if my problem is resolve! But I order a piano from Donner Canada late jan 2024 and I got the email from them saying my order status was fulfilled and shipped. I got a tracking number but the tracking never updated beyond 'Creating label'. I contacted them and they told me they are looking into it. - What is there to look into ? Did you send the piano or not? - Anyway waiting for them to respond again and waiting while my money is gone - I wanted to give Donner a chance. I DID READ ALL you guys here comments before buying from them - i told myself it must be bc you are far away (warehouse of donner is 7 hours away by car) - lol well.. I WILL update the 1 star to higher score if resolve correctly by refund or proper shipping within 48 hours. if not - expect hell.

I can only my experience exceeded expectation. Nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with issues 100%.

I want to thank the Donner Music Customer Service team. I ordered a piano from them a week ago. It arrived very quickly, just in two days later. But, unfortunately, it was broken. Probably during packing or transportation there was a strong blow to the front left corner of the keyboard, so this corner was badly broken in several places and the wooden part near the keys, inside the instrument, under the cover was also damaged. To say I was just upset is an understatement. In addition, I could not get through by phone to the support service. But I wrote them a letter, attached a photo and video of the damaged parts of the instrument, and in the morning I received a response. Miss Sara from their support team was very professional and friendly. I am very grateful to her for taking my situation under control and solving the problem. She asked about my wishes and I asked someone from their company responsible for shipping to make sure that the product was packed securely and that it was not damaged. I was very worried about this. On the same day, after talking with her, they sent me a replacement and now I have my beautiful piano. It came a few hours ago and I just assembled it according to the instructions. It's great!

I feel i must write this very positive review, as usually reviews are only made following a bad experience. I recently purchased a guitar from Donner Music (spain). Although there was a fault with the instrument (a faulty pre-amp), the customer service I received from Donner Music was first class. Customer service replied to my emails very quickly in a polite, professional manner. Customer services provided a solution to the problem and quickly issued a replacement item which I am very pleased with. Following my positive experience I can recommend Donner Music. I am a true genuine customer.
