I ordered a piano and stool from Donner Music. Given the cost of the purchase I expected a delivery date would be arranged. It wasn't and whilst I was on holiday during the Christmas period I got a notification showing ParcelForce had dumped the piano on my doorstep when I live in a busy town. I rang ParcelForce who said they can may be able to collect the next day which felt too late to me particularly given the weather. I am new to the area so had no neighbours numbers and had to ask friends if they knew anybody that could drive over to collect the piano. Thankfully it wasn't stolen but the response from Donner Music was several days later and essentially said this has been shown as delivered so not their problem and to contact ParcelForce. Really shocked at this service and not what you would expect for a purchase of this size.

Scandaleux! Je leur ai envoyé un mail pour faire un retour. ne m'ont jamais répondu, le délai maximum de retour arrive et je suis sans réponse. Je suis très en colère de ce service client.

I purchased a keyboard to be shipped for A Christmas gift. This was a $700 item. The piano was shipped in a single box. When it arrived the box had a hole in it. Upon opening the piano there was a fist sized hole in the wooden back of piano where the keyboard is located. Several emails have been sent with NO RESPONSE from Donner music. I turned the claim with photos in to a claim company listed on the Donner website. Their response was was to give me 20% of the cost and tell me no repair was available. A repair is not needed. The item needs to be replaced!!!! I urge you not to buy anything from this company. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE. Very disappointed in the shipping of a piano keyboard in a single cardboard box across the country and when damaged on arrival no offer to replace the item. Not a reputable company.

I ordered 2 items, I received an E-mail showing that the items shipped on 12/26/2025. One item left their facility for their Post Office, today is 1/3/2026, and the item still hasn't made it to their Post Office. The other item supposedly shipped via DHL, but the tracking number they provided can't be tracked. I have made several attempts to contact them, but they have never responded. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

Well I really should have looked at trust pilot before purchasing. Piano bench arrived but no piano. I ordered it 10 days ago. 6 days ago no more shipping updates from Fed ex. It appears to be lost. Have emailed them a few times with no response. No phone number for customer service. I expect I will likely have to do a charge back as many others here have said they had to do. Really disappointing.

Die Lieferung ging schnell. Die gelieferte Gitarre hat einen Sattel, der zu niedrig eingesetzt ist. Dies führt dazu, dass die leer gespielten Saiten bereits so stark schnarren, dass man keinen sauberen Ton raus kriegt. Dies lässt sich auch nicht über die Einstellung der Saitenlage an der Brücke oder über den Halsstab beheben. Der Support reagiert nicht. Hätte ich mal vorher nach den Trustpilot Bewertungen geschaut. Ich kann nur jedem raten, etwas mehr Geld auszugeben und eine Hils Gitarre o.ä. bei einem bekannten Gitarrenlieferanten zu ordern, wo man bei Problemen die Gitarre zurückschicken kann. Bei mir waren es nun 300 € aus dem Fenster geworfen, da der Support nicht reagiert. Und selbst wenn es noch eine Antwort gibt, gibt es ja auch einige, die die Ware zurückschicken und dann weder Ware noch Geld haben. Ggf. werde ich noch ein Video auf Youtube zur Problematik einstellen, da es kaum Review-Videos zu der Gitarre gibt und man so möglicherweise noch Leute über diese fragwürdigen Geschäftspraktiken warnen kann.

So as it stands. My piano has turned up for my son's birthday present. It has a huge hole in the back of the piano. The packaging was completely battered upon arrival. I am awaiting a response from Donner Music.
