I recently purchased a music stand on eBay from the UK arm of Donner Music and their service, communications, speed of delivery, price and the product itself, could not be faulted. I'm very happy and would buy from them again. I speak as I find.

Ik ben zeer tevreden. Gisteren besteld vandaag binnen! Boven verwachting snel. De piano ziet er supermooi uit en klinkt goed.

Clavier d'excellente qualité ! J'ai vraiment du mal à comprendre tout les avis négatifs. J'ai commandé au moment des fêtes, ils étaient fermés et le site prévenait bien que les délais de livraison étaient donc rallongés. Je l'ai reçu au bout de 20 jours. Ça aurait pu être pire. Quand j'ai trouvé ça un peu long et que j'ai contacté le service client par mail j'ai eu une réponse assez rapidement. J'ai bien créé un compte sur le site de Donner, aucun soucis au niveau du paiement, et franchement le clavier est magnifique, il est arrivé très bien emballé et la qualité au vu du prix assez bas est géniale ! Il sonne bien, les touches ont une sensibilité similaire à un vrai piano. Perso je le recommande sans hésiter !

Gitarre I Pro: Gute Verarbeitung, viel Zubehör und Tasche. Gitarre war aber defekt, nach etwas zäher mehrmaliger Email-Korrespondenz bekam ich den Kaufpreis erstattet.

I bought a ddp 200. It took 24 hours to arrive - I was expecting it to come from China but it was delivered from a depot in south London near me. Minor criticism it was just left on my doorstep (on the street!). Unpacked it all wrapped secure. Immaculately and the piano is so reassuringly heavy and solid. No damage. I feel like I got incredibly lucky there is nothing wrong from what I can tell in the first few hours of ownership. I am a total novice. So I don’t know much better but I have grown up with 2 grand pianos and an upright (from a musical family) - this sounds good. It feels ok to play (not amazing but that was to be expected in the price) the speakers are loud, the keys are responsive. It is an incredibly beautiful piece of furniture that sits in my lounge. It looks very modern. I feel like a very proud owner and I wanted this review to provide some balance to the overwhelmingly negative, reviews on here which do collectively sound pretty bad! TBH I was braced for the worst. I was two minds about ordering this and had I more sense I would have Not ordered the piano based on all the negative reviews. I’m glad I don’t have sense because it’s so beautiful. Obviously if something breaks / or turns not to be working I will amend this review but for the time being I give this 5 stars and hope others have a good experience like me.

I submitted a review recently giving Donner Music one star - and I even stated it wasn't the product, it was the nightmare I had with the delivery which took over a month. I would like to submit another review of Donner Music for the product, which is wonderful. OK, so I had a bad delivery experience but once the piano (DDP 80 Pro) arrived and was set up, the stress of the delivery disappeared. The product is wonderful, looks beautiful and plays very well with its weighted keys. It will be able to synch with a computer for composing, but also sounds great for stand alone or through external speakers. A lot of the ads picture this piano as good for beginners, but I recommend this highly as well for professional players who opt for a digital piano rather than a standard piano. I am looking forward to having this as an addition to my home as well as my home studio.

Meine Reklamation wurde in akzeptabler Zeit bearbeitet. Nachdem ich ein kurzes Video des beschädigten Tablet-Holders geschickt hatte, bekam ich innerhalb weniger Tage ein neues Teil zugeschickt. Tipp: Reklamation -notfalls mit Übersetzer- in englisch formulieren. Das hat geklappt!👍
