I wish I had read the reviews here before I bought. Like everyone else has experienced, this company has no customer service. There is no contact telephone number so you have to email them, but they do not reply. I received a damaged item and emailed them straight away to ask them what to do about it, but they did not reply. I have now sent them many emails but still no reply. This is a scam company. Do not use!

Update 2: It’s now December 28th and I still haven’t received a response from Donner. I called in and the customer service person insisted that the person who responded to the review is wrong and they will not sell me a replacement sheet music stand piece. This is so stupid. It’s a piece of plastic that probably costs less than $5. They said if I had an order number they would give it to me. I don’t have one, because I bought it used. I asked if I could buy one and they said no. Customer service not only was argumentative with me, they said the reviewer was wrong and is lying about being able to sell me the piece. This whole thing is insane. I will never buy Donner again. Do not recommend. Update 1: I got a reply (see below) from Donner Music instructing me to email them for help. I emailed them on December 9th (11 days ago) prior to this terrible phone interaction and never got a response. I emailed them again yesterday as instructed and still have not received a response. Original Post: I need a replacement music sheet stand for my Donner keyboard and called in to see if I could purchase one. I was told I can’t purchase it, but if I had the order number they would give me a replacement for free. Unfortunately, I don’t have the order number so was told I can’t receive one for free and I can’t purchase one either. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no. The customer service person was rude and not helpful. Finally they asked for my email and said IF there’s anything they could do they will email me. I just wanted to buy a replacement part for my keyboard, but it was such a horrible experience I’ve stopped recommending their keyboard and I will never buy anything from Donner again.

This company is shipping from China and not telling their customers at all! using random couriers and letting their customer wait weeks. They purport to ship from warehouses domestically but do not!!

I bought a product around Christmas. It worked fine for a while and then it crapped out on me. I emailed the company originally in May. Since then, we have exchanged a whopping total of 9 emails. I have sent 6 and they have sent 3. They promised me a refund in July. Now it has been 3 weeks since with no response and no refund. It says on their website they aim to respond within 24 hours, but it has been around 480 hours since they last responded. I'll be opening a claim with my credit card company or pursuing some form of legal action if this continues. I can't believe a company who claims they commit to creating and selling high quality products would ever allow this to happen. Garbage customer service, garbage products. Will never recommend to anyone again. In fact, I'll go out of my way to do the exact opposite. Update: they have refunded me finally. Still would not recommend them for anything.

Completely agree with all the other negative reviews that are on here. Woeful customer service, after 5 unanswered emails I rang their phone line and got an automated message saying "sorry our phone lines are closed we are open between 9am-6pm UK" - this was at 9.15am UK time. Got the same message at 9.30am and 9.45am. Eventually managed to get through and honestly there was no better response on the phone it was like talking to a brick wall saying "I understand I'm sorry" with no useful action at all. IF YOU'RE READING THIS LOOKING TO BUY, AVOID DONNER AT ALL COSTS. The products look lovely on their ads but they are poor quality and customer service is a joke. IF YOU WORK FOR DONNER AND ARE READING THIS, SPEND THE MONEY YOU'VE SPENT ON ADS ON PRODUCT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have attempted to contact Donner Music a number of times with no acknowledgement or reply. I bought a keyboard (Donner SE-1) and the case colour is patchy and looks like it's been damaged by heat or chemicals. I bought via PayPal on the Pay in 3 facility, so luckily I can raise a complaint and block the rest of the payments. I see from other reviews that Donner have a standard form answer for complaints and reviews on this site and don't expect anything different in my case. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Donner based on my experience as their customer service is non existent. I'd like to attach pictures of the keyboard which I have sent to Donner as it looks that bad. Avoid is my advice to anyone considering dealing with this company.

I needed to return the item. To do so I had to phone customer service to retrieve an address the organise my own courier and pay for the return. And I still haven’t heard anything about my refund.
