Well i got sucked in like everyone else !! Terrible company paid in full for a piano nothing arrived !! I think this company works out of china so Donner UK don't exist!! avoid like the plague sent 20 emails got nothing back they spend all our hard working money on ads to draw you in ! Looks like I've lost my 500 quid like everyone else !! Surely there must be some way we can shut down this company!! They are robbing people blind !

Order SP000240878 I had high hopes for this company, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Both of the tracking codes I received do not work, and I’ve been unable to get a response from customer service. If my items are not delivered by October 7th, I will be forced to raise this issue with my bank and inform others that this company may not be legitimate (SCAM). The negative reviews I found on Trustpilot are starting to make sense. I truly regret choosing this company... I would NOT recommend it based on my experience.

Unseriöser OnlineShop! Ich kaufte bei Donnermusic den Donner Circle (Looper), mit dem ich qualitativ unzufrieden war. Vielleicht ist er auch defekt. Am nächsten Tag widerrief ich den Vertrag mit Bitte um Bestätigung des Widerrufs und einer Erklärung über die weitere Vorgehensweise (Rücksendeadresse usw.). Der Widerruf blieb ohne inhaltliche Reaktion. Ich wiederholte den Widerruf mehrmals per E-Mail mit Androhung von rechtlichen Schritten, wenn weiterhin nicht auf den Widerruf reagiert wird. Keine inhaltiche Reaktion. Donnermusic schickte mir mit der Bestellung weder eine Rechnung, noch ihre AGB, und eine nur rudimentär und vage formulierte Widerrufsbelehrung. Sie geben weder die genaue Adresse des Firmensitzes in Deutschland noch ihre Telefonnummer preis. Die impressumspflichtigen E-Mails enthalten ebenfalls keine Kontaktadresse oder Telefonnummer. Deren Impressum oder Datenschutzerklärungen schweigen sich hier ebenfalls aus. PayPal ist eingeschaltet. Ich hoffe, es wirkt.

Donner says they sent me a 225$ travel guitar I DID NOT ORDER, scammed my PayPal account and billed me thru PayPal who will not reverse the charges. Any attempt to get in touch with Donner Results in the same stupid form letter, denying responsibility and not taking ownership of the mistake. I wouldn’t buy a guitar pick from them. and you notice that anything you ordered from them doesn’t come from Charlotte, it comes from someplace in deep China. Try to return that.

Habe bei Donner ein Mikrofon (DC 87) gekauft. Das war am 18.07.23. Also noch Garantie drauf. Jetzt plötzlich funktioniert es nicht mehr. Habe bereits 5 Mails geschickt .... keine Antwort. Finger weg von dieser Firma, total unseriös und NICHT gerade Kundenfreundlich

Basically no customer service. No telephone number, just email to which they never respond. Sent me a broken keyboard stand.

Ware seit über einem Monat mit Gel-Logistic unterwegs. Ware kommt weder bei mir noch bei Donner an. Somit ist mein Geld auch weg. Niemand fühlt sich bei Donner angesprochen. Es werden auf englisch vorgefertigte Texte als Antwort gesendet und der Fall wird an Gel-Logistik weitergegeben die desolater als DonnerMusic selbst ist. Ich muss 500€ hinterher rennen NIE NIE NIE NIE NIE WIEDER !

The worst experience. The instrument came in defected and I've been trying to return it for months, now getting a refund takes weeks after the instrument is sent back to them. I've sent probably a 100 emails to get them to send me a return label and refund the transaction. Not over yet, I'm fighting to get my refund back with them. They are the worst. Stay away.
