Absolute scammers. I ordered a piano over a month ago. A few weeks later I was told it was out of stock and I am still waiting for my refund. No reply to my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ma commande SP000615523 effectuée sur le site de Donner musique il y a une semaine, pour laquelle je n’ai toujours reçu aucune information ni confirmation concernant l’expédition ou le suivi. J’ai déjà envoyé deux messages sans obtenir de réponse, ce qui est particulièrement préoccupant. Le montant correspondant à cette commande a bien été débité de mon compte bancaire, et je commence à m’inquiéter de l’absence de communication. Si je ne reçois pas de retour dans un délai de 48 heures, je me verrai dans l’obligation de signaler cette situation à ma banque pour suspicion de fraude et de prendre les mesures nécessaires auprès des autorités compétentes.

Ho comprato un pianoforte digitale per il compleanno di mia figlia. Risulta partito subito dalla Germania ma adesso è fermo li da qualche giorno. Ho scritto alla Donner che non risponde, ed il corriere che si sono scelti “la GLS” anch’esso non da la possibilità di essere contattato.

Completely incompetent throughout the last month. They still haven’t given me a refund.

I ordered a Donner Hush and a fault immediately developed on the headphone jack requiring either refund or replacement. I notified the company on Dec 28th and as of today Jan 13th they have not given me refund or replacement instructions. I've emailed service repeatedly and still no resolution. There is no telephone number and it seems their strategy is to wear you out so you give up. Totally appalling service

my order is missing the piano bench that I paid for and I sent them numerous messages on their website and haven't received a response. I sent them an email to the address listed on their website and it came back undeliverable. Their phone number (571) 370-5977 also doesn't work so I'm going to dispute the order with AMEX customer service. The quality of the piano is junk but I realize that you get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting much but at lease send me what I paid for and have a working phone number and an email or at least reply to messages sent directly on your website!

I wouldnt give them 1 star if it was possible. Been waiting for a refund of £425 and they have sent me £338. I am leaving it to the bank to get the rest. I have everything in writing. This has been going on since 6th of December 2024. Scammers is my opinion.
