If i could give a 0 I would. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. 3 weeks ago I ordered a piano; the stool came, no piano at all still. No response from them, nevermind an apology or refund. Absolute shambles. Avoid avoid avoid

Saxophone went wrong within the 2 year warranty period. Initial contact to the support email address provided reassuring communication stating that whereas they couldn’t fix it they would send a replacement. But no replacement ever arrived, further emails advised that they were out of stock and a refund was the only option available, which we confirmed was acceptable. Over the following two months we received many emails with excuses of refund delays and never received anything. I presume their policy is to never refund and just keep responding until the customer gives up emailing them. I’ve now purchased a replacement from a reputable company. Hopefully this review will warn others of the trap in purchasing from this company if anything goes wrong.

I ordered a guitar from them a week ago (DST-700) but the wrong color was sent. I asked to swap it out and they told me to refuse UPS delivery and contact them again and they'd send the correct version. That's been nearly a week. Since I refused to delivery, I've tried to contact them via email, phone and social media and they are not responding at all. The phone numbers they list on Facebook and here at Trustpilot are not working numbers either. Now I'm out over $300 and I have no guitar. Be wary of Donner. You may get lucky and get your product, but if you have ANY kind of issues whatsoever that involve dealing with customer service, forget it. You're more than likely not going to get any help at all. I've had to dispute the charge now since they stopped responding. While the dispute is being considered, my money is in limbo until they respond or three weeks passes, whichever comes first, and I'm unable to afford to buy a guitar elsewhere. I certainly hope they respond, but I'm not holding my breath.

Schlechter Kundenservice, dieser reagiert nicht auf meine Emails. Es ist über keinen Weg eine Kontaktaufnahme möglich!!! Möchte Gitarre zurücksenden und benötige Rücksendeanschrift. Habe auch PayPal eingeschaltet-bisher ohne Erfolg. Schade...

1 star is too many, they’ve had my money for 6 weeks and have still not given me a refund. I ordered a piano that didn’t turn up for my daughter Christmas present and their customer service has been atrocious since. No piano and no refund. Avoid

6 weeks and I still have no refund! I’ve bought another piano for a different supplier, please do the same. This is a company of thieves.

Bought the circle looper/drum pedal. It's garbage. Loud noise on it, from the drum side. You can hear it really well when drum volume is turned down. It is a whooshing white noise that is to the tempo of drum beat. Plus it has no volume on the guitar recording. At +6 DB the drums drown it out at 4. So I tried contacting the customer service by email. Yeah, three days no reply. Then they wanted me to jump through hoops to record it with video to prove it was defective. Um, 30 day warranty is expressed on the website. I want to return it and my money back. But see folks, they don't care. They manufactured hundreds of different pedals under multiple names. All look and work very similar. So even if you say I'll not buy from Donner again, but buy a lekato, Mooer, Strich, M-Vave, vevor, Sonicake, you're buying from the same people. Who pay the Chinese government huge sums to do business. So have their backing. I guess I'm out my money. But I'll do whatever it takes to stop American people from buying their crap.
