Relief is on it's way!
There is excellent communication and empathy expressed in my need to approach DoneWithDebt. All my hesitation vanished as Philip walked me through the journey to sign up and I began to appreciate what relief I could get by agreeing to move forward.

What made my experience great was the…
What made my experience great was the attentiveness that I was given by my advisor Kevin. Not only was he friendly, but he made me feel comfortable as he took his time to ask me questions and I did not feel rushed. The program was explained to me clearly and there was not a push to quickly enroll me in the program. He made sure that I understood the benefits and what the outcome could be. I have been able to communicate with him and Cynthia without any issues. I appreciate their time and honesty.

Jessica was very patient and kind
Jessica was very patient and kind, and helped us through this tough decision. She was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. We also received 2 calls from different people asking if we were still ok with our discussion. I am not thrilled that I am not paying as agreed but with all of the charges the card company charges it makes it very difficult to ever pay them off
