Good experience and a huge relief
David I. was knowledgeable and understanding from beginning to end. He gave multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each. When an acct that we didn't know would be eligible popped up, he broke down how much we could save and seamlessly added it to our account. This was a big step for us and is a large weight off of our shoulders.
