We take reviews like this seriously, which is why we reviewed the recorded call in its entirety before responding. Unfortunately, the description provided here does not accurately reflect the interaction we heard. From the beginning of the call, the conversation was confrontational, and our representative remained professional and as courteous as possible while attempting to understand your questions and what you were looking for. We also understand that many people who contact us are dealing with significant financial stress. They may be frustrated with creditors, overwhelmed by their circumstances, or simply having a difficult day. We understand that, and our team is trained to approach those conversations with patience and empathy. That was the approach our representative took during this call. We know we cannot please everyone, and sometimes a conversation simply does not go well despite our best efforts. However, we also believe it is important to stand behind our employees when our review of a recorded interaction does not support the characterization being made publicly. We are always happy to answer questions, explain what we do, and treat anyone who contacts us with courtesy and respect. We simply ask for that same courtesy and respect in return.
