Great chairs but not perfect.
Great chairs. My teenage son put together in about an hour. So easy to roll around. Only complaint I would give is the washers are rusting (not the bolts) so why would they send washers that were not stainless. Makes no sense. And a suggestions would to add arms.
Response from Domi Outdoor LivingJul 27, 2026
Thank you for your great feedback! We’re so glad your son had an easy time assembling the chairs and that they’re rolling smoothly for you. Regarding the rusting washers—we sincerely apologize for that oversight. You’re absolutely right, and we agree that stainless steel washers should have been included. We’re already addressing this with our production team to ensure future batches meet higher quality standards. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll make the thing right:) As for the armrest suggestion—we truly appreciate the idea! We’re always looking to improve, and we’ll definitely take that into consideration for future designs. Thanks again for your honest review—it helps us get better. If there’s anything else we can do for you, just let us know.

Terrible chairs
Terrible chairs. I am 120 lbs and the chair fabric just ripped while I was sitting on it. It is only 2 years old. These chairs are $244 for 2 and a table - ridiculous that is has “broken” in such a short period of time. I am not giving 1 star because when I initially bought this set they sent me used ones but they replaced them right away.
Response from Domi Outdoor LivingJul 25, 2026
we’re truly sorry to hear about the chair fabric ripping after only two years of use — especially given your light frame. This is not the durability we expect from our products, and we completely understand your frustration, particularly at this price point. We’re glad we could resolve the initial replacement issue promptly, and we want to make things right this time too. You may reach out to our support team directly with your order details and photos of the damage via [email protected] this email address, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution — whether that’s a replacement, partial refund, or credit toward a future purchase. Your satisfaction and trust matter to us, and we take quality concerns seriously. We appreciate your patience and your willingness to share both the good and the bad — it helps us improve.

No Caps / Covers on legs of Gazebo
When purchasing the unit, they do not tell or show you that the unit your are purchasing does not come with base caps/covers. Furthermore, they do not offer an option to purchase them separately. Their excuse, you are purchasing their entry level model. They followed up with me & I have replied to them to see what they say. More to come.

I expected better
There were many dented and bent pieces. Getting the roof pieces to line up was a hurculean task. The directions were not the worst I have ever seen. However the direction were still fairly aweful. There was a design change that the manufacturer did not account for. Because of this, 4 bolts were too short and I had to go to the local hardware store to find a fix.
Response from Domi Outdoor LivingJul 23, 2026
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with the roof alignment, unclear instructions, and the bolt issue caused by our design oversight. Please know that we take your comments seriously. We are already reviewing our production and quality control processes to prevent such mismatches in the future. Additionally, we are updating our assembly guides to make them clearer and more user-friendly. We truly appreciate your patience and resourcefulness in finding a fix at the hardware store. To make things right, we would like to offer you a partial refund or a discount on your next purchase—pls contact our support team at [email protected] regarding this matter. Your input helps us improve, and we are committed to doing better. Thank you for giving us the chance to learn from this.

Better than expected!!!
Awning was easy to put up and looks great! We've had 2 neighbors come over asking where we got it from and they are planning to order also. Our deck is 8x22 so we ordered 2 - 8x10's and 1 extension. Worked perfect! Only down side is the awning that was our only option for size doesnt have the screen/curtain option like others do.
Response from Domi Outdoor LivingJul 20, 2026
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your setup—that means a lot to us! We’re thrilled to hear the installation went smoothly and that your neighbors are fans too. Your 8x22 deck configuration sounds fantastic, and we’re glad the two 8x10s plus extension worked out perfectly. We truly appreciate your honest feedback about the screen/curtain option. We completely understand the desire for that added versatility, and we’re actively exploring ways to expand our size-specific accessories. Your input helps us improve, and we’ll be sure to share your thoughts with our product team. Enjoy your beautiful new outdoor space—and tell your neighbors we said hello! 😊

Decent furniture for the price
Decent furniture for the price. It does take quite a bit of work to put it together, especially the table.
