We sincerely apologize that, compared with other customers, your shopping experience at Domi cannot be described as satisfactory. Regarding the 12x14 sunroom model you purchased, our previously unupdated models could indeed be opened by sliding up and down. However, all relevant sizes of this model currently sold on our platforms have been updated. They now feature PC board windows, which can only be removed from the outside and cannot be slid up and down from the inside.
