Due to a tree limb destroying our soft top gazebo we decided to go with a hard top gazebo. You were extremely efficient and very helpful. Fast delivery and very courteous. Pleased as punch. Thank you.

All items came in great shape, no damage identified. Easy to put together but we used 3 people which I would recommend. We are truly enjoying it!

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that everything arrived in perfect condition and that the assembly went smoothly—great tip about using three people, we’ll definitely keep that in mind for future recommendations. Most of all, we’re so glad you’re truly enjoying your purchase. That means the world to us! If you ever have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. The Domi Team

When receiving the gazebo, parts were damaged. The purchase date was July 10,2026. Parts were damaged on the gazebo from shipping and parts were faulty from manufacturing. It is now August 22,2026, last I heard as of August 8th 2026 , that you were thankful for my patience for the replacement parts that are being manufactured. What is an acceptable time for me to wait for the replacement parts? Why hasn’t a gazebo that you have in stock been opened and parts taken from there? This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this company. The lack of customer service is just empty hopes and dreams. I couldn’t say if the product that you sell is any good because it does me no good laying on my driveway in pieces!

Generally, OK if you’re happy with a scratch and dent product. The company prefers to compensate you for damages done on packing or shipping stating these damages will not compromise the structural integrity of their product. The shipping insurance they offer when you place your order is really a fallback position that they take when addressing your damages. Proceed with caution.
Response from Domi Outdoor LivingAug 22, 2026
We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously. While we stand by the durability and safety of our products—even with cosmetic imperfections—we always aim for transparency. Our shipping insurance is offered as an extra layer of protection, not a substitute for careful packaging or quality control. That said, we understand your concern and will continue to review our damage-resolution process to ensure fair and clear communication. We encourage customers to reach out directly with any issues—we’re here to help find a reasonable solution. Regarding the final resolution, we have been communicating directly with you via email. As part of our proposed solutions, we can offer either replacement parts or a partial refund, and the choice is entirely up to you. After reviewing our previous email correspondence, we confirm that our team has already issued the finalized compensation plan for you. We value your trust and will keep working to improve.
