Worst costumer service experience.. I order online and order came short. Instead of replacing missing items which was their packing mistake, Costumer Service operator ( who hanged the phone on me) requested that I go to a Dollar Tree store to verify that my order came short. Who is the manager that believes that making an online costumer come to the store is best practice for online business?.
The reason why costumers buy online is to avoid going to a store...

Dollar tree in Hyattsville MD is one…
Dollar tree in Hyattsville MD is one the best stores in the area. There is a cashier that works there name Robyn who is very friendly and efficient. She is only there 1 day a week and I try to make sure I go in on that day. I was having a bad day and she joked with me and made me laugh. She didn't know I was having a bad day but she did make me feel better. She is a good employee to have work for your store

Great selection
Great selection. I love getting greeting cards there. I switch back and forth between this store and the 99 cent store because they have fresh fruits and vegetables.

ITerrible working conditions at Dollar Tree Store…
I shop in the Round Rock West Shopping Center Dollar Tree. This store used to be a decent store but now I would give it an F. Never enough help, unopened boxes of inventory in all aisles and shelves not stocked. I talked to Jason from Corporate a couple of weeks ago and he told me things would change. Today I was there and it was worse. I talked to an employee and said that they were told that no help was coming. Why send Corporate? Send a bunch and put them to work stocking and cashiering and pay them minimum wage. See how long they would last. These employees need to report you for abuse. Betty Wagner 512-940-4550

Dollar stores in urban areas are…
Dollar stores in urban areas are 'racist as heck', not so much against 'B' females, but rather against single, athletic, tall, 'B' males of color, store managers, who usually don't live in area of store, will do best to demean your character and intent...
I'm 50 years old, so I've had years to evaluate things, and the difference between a racist and someone who profiles is big.
A profiler profiles you based on clothing, mannerism, behavior ect.
A racist profiles you only based on their bias against your ethnicity.
In other words, a racist could care the less your income level, how you're dressed, what you drive, a racist just see's 'color' or other bias trigger point and reacts based on their own flawed perception of others.
And many dollar Tree managers do that, they're racist in that if tall, studly, handsome and 'B', their twisted Liberal minds think you're in their to rob the place.
As I approached register even saw 'B' cashier hit 'panic' or 'alarm button', as if going to rob the place.
As such endangering my life, in that once hit button, if cops respond, they, low IQ cops, just assume you're a threat..and if walking outside will have guns drawn, and if you're not aware you're a threat, and reach into pocket for phone or keys, then they shoot.
This store manager was 'W', suburban, and liberal...
Liberals pretend to love you while on TV, but in day to day life, display more snobbiness and racism towards people of color than even the Klan does.
I will never stop telling this story until it gets grip.
The store this occurred at was Dunn Ave and Harts Rd in Jacksonville, FL...manager was arrogant and un appalogetic.
Thank goodness I have radio show.
