I don’t believe all of these positive reviews. This company has hundreds of complaints and a BBB warning! I wish I had completed more research before signing up for their $1 for 14 day trial! They say they have a “refund policy” but that is not true! They have a cancellation policy which only prevents renewal in a year.

So sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with our product. We know our product doesn't fit with everyones needs, but we'd never want anyone to have a poor customer experience and have to go to this length to get heard...so definitely would love to make things right and hear about what went wrong with the product experience and customer support experience.
We try to properly convey what is happening during each step of a trial, signup, onboarding, etc. but we're alway looking for more feedback on how to improve it...especially with un-happy customer situations.

Dollar Flight Club has been amazing
Dollar Flight Club has been amazing - they send plenty of low-priced flights to places that align well with the settings I put on their site. I joined about 2 months ago, and have already booked one flight based on their recommendations and plan to book others. It's so useful to not have to stalk the prices yourself and worry about your cookies and data affecting the prices you see. Definitely recommend!

Dollar Flight Club is a scam!
EDIT: The company has since refunded my money so I'm adding a star because I do appreciate the consideration and the response to this review. The original customer service representative I spoke to did NOT convey these details to me or offer to refund me after expressing my confusion.

It seems either bots are writing these reviews or Dollar Flight Club is using the money they stole from me to pay for these reviews because this was the worst experience I've had. After advertising a $1 fee for membership to their email notifications, they've charged me $99 without my permission and refuse to reimburse the charge a day after the "trial period" ended. You can find just as good deals on skyscanner, kayak, orbitz, etc. Extremely shady business practices.

Appreciate you providing the feedback here and so sorry that you had an unpleasant experience...There's nothing worse than the feeling of being mislead.
We're a small team trying to provide a good product/customer experience for a lot of customers, but unfortunately not all experiences go as planned. We would never rob, scam, or charge people without permission. We do run a $1, 14-day trial on memberships that become full memberships at the end of the 14th day if the user decides not to cancel, which is common practice for digital membership trials. The full charge at the end of the 14th day is explained to the customer multiple times throughout the signup process, but if we're not doing a good enough job of that....we want to know how to make it more clear so this can be avoided with future customers. That said, our team would love to get more of your feedback if you're open to it. Additionally, if you simply forgot your trial was ending and you didn't want to continue the day after it was charged our customer support team should have refunded you. We strive to be a customer first company...if that didn't happen, we also would love to find out where things went wrong during the conversation with our team.

It's so easy to plan travel when you get an email with dates and places and then go straight to booking the flight. Love how much money I save doing what I love.

Dollar Flight Club Free Personal Savings Service
Dollar Flight Club is an invaluable tool for finding the best prices for flights. I got an amazing deal on a transatlantic flight to Lisbon, less than what it cost me to fly domestic. I love Dollar Flight Club because they don't bombard me with spam. The Dollar Flight Club alerts are customized to specific dates and destinations that are actually useful! It's not like the other monopoly searches where you end up getting the same prices no matter what search engine you use so there's no real savings because they're almost all tied to the major third-party advertisers/sponsors.
