If a trial membership is cancelled before the end of the trial then there shouldn't be a charge. The only way that a member who signed up for a trial period would be charged is if they do not cancel within the trial period or if they upgraded their trial plan to a non trial plan. We're happy to look into this matter to find out if there was an issue and help clear up any confusion. We're happy that you gave the Club a try and we're sorry to hear that you didn't have a chance to use DFC and that you feel it isn't right for you. We understand that it may not be a good fit for everyone but we never want our members to have a poor customer experience. We are not a scam and we do not want you to feel that way. We do try to make the automatic renewal clear upon sign up, in our welcome email, and within members' accounts. If you went straight to your credit card company to dispute the charge without canceling the membership then it does sound like your membership wasn't canceled, which is why it renewed.  We really appreciate your feedback regarding subscription renewals. We are so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience thus far and we are looking forward to chatting with you more. We are not a scam and regret to hear that you feel that way. Members do agree to automatic renewal upon sign up, and we do try to make the renewal information clear at sign up, in our welcome email, and within members' accounts.
