If I had a trial , I never received an alert!…
I don’t know if I ever signed up for DFC. I got a message that my renewal would be charged in June. It was $69!!! I used Jacks Flight Club, which I thought I was renewing. My biggest issue with DFC is that I never got an email from them about flight opportunities. I am totally unaware of there service as I have never received anything from them except the notice to renew!!! After reading these reviews I am convinced the whole thing is a scam.

Charged me without any notification…
Charged me without any notification after canceling my account. Phone number is constant fast busy (not manned or monitored), webpage tells you how to cancel your account yet doesn't give you access to do so. Worthless Scam, and they seem to be proud of it with their no refund policy. Wish I'd read all the negative info on them long ago.

An actual scam, $1 tripadvisor promotion turns into $69
I signed up via the TripAdvisor $1 for a year promotion. Clicked into DFC via the ad, literally on the signup page, it says, "Enjoy Dollar Flight Club Premium Plus for $1." I signed up, and two weeks later, I was charged $69. These guys are thieves.

I was never contacted about my renewal
I was never contacted about my renewal, my card was automatically charged. Customer service would not deviate. This service is of zero value, they won’t listen to customers. Dave your time and go to a reliable travel source.

I can't get logged in. You require to be logged in to make any changes to your account.
I can't get logged in. Telephone does not work. I have not gotten a reply to my support questions. Customer service will not reply to you. Without any replies from you I can not give a positive rating. You can not disrespect your paid customer this way and stay in business. Didn't Wharton teach you anything about customer service? Or you just a fraud?

Don't waste your money
I paid for lifetime membership but never got even a single flight on a cheaper price. every time I go to google flights or skyscanner after Dollar flight's email, deal is always gone. even within 3 minutes. I am not sure if want you to stick to your phone whole day for one good deal.
