Using DFC I was able to save over $500 on flights to Dallas, Texas for my family. My son is going to a baseball camp and this really helped to make the trip more affordable!

Apparently, I signed up for a free trial over a year ago and forgot to cancel. I paid for the first year without realizing I was on a paid plan. I never got any value from the membership. This year when they billed me for next year, I asked to cancel and be refunded within days. They denied my request. That is just bad business holding customers hostage. I just missed their one email because I was used to ignoring their content that wasn’t worthwhile. I wouldn’t recommend the service anyway because I don’t think it adds value but I find it especially disturbing that they won’t allow you to cancel within a week of renewing.

Tanya, We're sorry to hear that there was an issue with your account. It sounds like it renewed correctly in this case. We'd be happy to take another look at your support ticket if you can reach out to us at [email protected] and mention this review. Again, we apologize for any issue. -The DFC Team
